Sarah Toner - Ballet

Take a class with a friend or your husband or partner.

We start with a basic ballet warm up and then a little gentle stretching. After this we chose a piece of music to suit your mood and choreograph a dance to it. It is an intimate and bonding experience and can be a very healing time, lots of fun too. You will find yourselves making better eye contact and paying much more positive attention to each other.
