Sometimes the thought of exercising is too much to bear at the end of a long day. If you have a desk job then it can be especially hard to motivate yourself as your body has fallen into a sedentary state and if your work is very active then you may feel that you have run around enough already.

Gyrotonic exercises begin as slowly and gently as you need and I will do some of the work for you during your session – some stretching and gentle manipulation to re-awaken your body. If you sit most of the day then I will stretch you and encourage your body to move freely again. And if you are always on the go I can help re-align your body and ease the tension that builds up in all of us if we forget to relax. I can also design you a short program specifically for your needs, that you can do in just a few minutes a day, or whenever you feel the need between your regular sessions with me.

You don’t have to think of finding the energy to exercise. Just come along and let me ease you into a relaxing and uplifting experience.

Pre and post natal Gyrotonic
Gyrotonic is a safe and relaxing form of exercise when you are pregnant. There are special exercises for this physically demanding time and for those women who already take Gyrotonic classes, the majority of exercises can be adapted to suit you during your pregnancy.

The program will keep you supple during your pregnancy and assist in the recovery time after the birth. And you don’t need to leave your baby while you do this program. Both the pre and post natal programs are relaxing and involve some gentle self massage and breathing techniques. Great for you and great for your baby too!
